In the very heart of Siena historic center, we have 10 studio apartments, located in two beautiful, ancient building.
Each one is suitable for 2 people.
All the apartments have been fully renovated following the beautiful, typical "Tuscan-Style": the ceilings are built using wooden beams and old-style terracotta tiles, giving every apartment a real, fascinating, ancient flavour.
The apartments are newly furnished and have every comfort: kitchen corner, washing machine, sat TV, phone, and DSL connection.
9 apartments are located in Via Vallerozzi #28, a 13th Century old building, close to the very central street Via Montanini; some of them have a wonderful, panoramic view over Chianti hills surrounding Siena.
The other 2 studio apartments are located into a 14th Century old building in Via del Pignattello #55, a small and quiet street placed right inside Siena medieval walls, and past Porta Camollia, one of the ancient city gates.
Our studio apartments could be a great solution both for short and long term rentals in Siena city center: Piazza del Campo and Banchi di Sopra are within a short walking distance.
You could also use them as a lodging solution for your Chianti tours.
These studio apartments are the perfect choice both for teachers and students attending Siena University, language and culture courses for foreigners at the Università per Stranieri di Siena, students taking the Erasmus and Socrates programmes, and also for people studying at the Accademia Chigiana, most awarded Siena music academy.
